South Korean drama Vagabond received great international support throughout its launch on Netflix between September of November 2019. However, after the premiere of the last episode this Saturday (23), viewers from all over the world expressed their dissatisfaction on social networks with the open and unfinished end of production.
The plot addresses the revenge journey of Cha Dal Geon (Lee Seung Gi) after his nephew was killed in a plane crash. Next to the secret agent Go Hae Ri (Bae Suzy), initiate a long and dangerous investigation involving corruption scandals of large arms companies and the Korean presidency.
In response to fan requests, representatives from the series’ producer announced that they are currently discussing the possibility of a second season. According to the statement released to OSEN, an important news portal in South Korea, the team of producers is reviewing the agenda of the cast, writers and directors.
Nothing has been confirmed so far.
Meanwhile, the Netflix continues to invest in expanding its Korean drama catalog, and recently signed a three-year partnership with Studio Dragon for new productions.
