Transformers: War for Cybertron: Siege gets trailer from Hasbro and Netflix

THE Hasbro and the Netflix, in partnership with Rooster Teeth, released the first teaser trailer for Chapter One of the long-awaited trilogy Transformers: War for Cybertron, which debuts on the streaming service on a date to be announced soon. The series raises the stakes on the war between the Autobots and Decepticons, with Chapter One having six episodes of twenty-two minutes each. The series has been redesigned with a new look and animation style that presents the Transformers like you’ve never seen. The trilogy Transformers: War for Cybertron delves deeply into events that live at the heart of this legendary Hasbro franchise, highlighting a critical period in the history of Transformers on your home planet, Cybertron.

Transformers: War for Cybertron: Siege begins in the last hours of the devastating civil war between the Autobots and the Decepticons. The war that destroyed the planet Cybertron is at a critical point and the two leaders, Optimus Prime and Megatron, want to save their world and unify their people, but on their own terms. In an attempt to end the conflict, Megatron considers using Allspark, the source of all life and power in Cybertron, to “reform” the Autobots and thus “unify” Cybertron. Outnumbered and tired of the battle, the Autobots orchestrate a desperate series of counterattacks on a mission that, if all goes well, will end with an unthinkable choice: kill your planet to save it.
