The Hate You Sow debuts tomorrow in Brazil

The Hate You Give has already hit theaters a few months ago, but its Brazilian premiere will take place tomorrow (06). On Thursday, the country’s film buffs will hear the incredible story of Starr, a girl who witnessed the murder of her best black friend by a white policeman and, amid blackmail to omit the truth, will fight for her voice and the honor of your innocent friend in front of the court.

In Brazil, the book written by Angie Thomas and published in 2017 is released by Editora Galera Record in physical and digital format. “Angie Thomas, in a very dynamic, fun, yet direct and firm narrative, speaks of racism in a new way for young readers. This is a book that cannot be ignored”, being the official synopsis of the work on the publisher’s website .
