While the CCXP not enough, the Tandlecine, film hub and sponsor of the festival, prepared a special cinelist for the fans. Curated by Érico Borgo, one of the founders of the event, the selection gathers films from different genres and is inspired by CCXP, a place where all the universes of pop culture meet. Who has already secured the credential for the festival – which happens between December 5th and 8th at São Paulo Expo – it took 30 days of access to get to know the streaming platform as a free gift.
Cinelist has films of the most varied genres: from classic cinema, such as Psychosis (Alfred Hitchcock) and 2001: A Space Odyssey (Stanley Kubrick), the most recent Marvel, like black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War. In addition to Hitchcock and Kubrick, the curatorship also includes productions of Quentin Tarantino, Steven Spielberg, M. Night Shyamalan and other filmmakers known for critically acclaimed productions.
“The catalog is quite extensive, so I looked for titles that relate to pop culture in different ways. Whether as an influence, the use of iconic characters, the names involved or simply great ideas“, Says Érico Borgo.
In addition to Cinelist, Telecine is also a partner of the festival, sponsoring the event’s collectible credentials, which are part of the tributes for Batman’s 80th birthday. To check out the exclusive cinelist, visit https://www.telecineplay.com.br/ccxp.
