End of the line for the series Krypton at the Syfy American!
The drama that accompanies the origin of the Superman family was canceled by the channel after two seasons.
With that, the development spin-off focused on the character of Lobo will also not continue.
According to information from the deadline, producers are looking for a new broadcaster, or streaming service, for the series. The names of the HBO Max, a new service from WarnerMedia, and DC Universe, streaming from DC, are the bets for productions to be redeemed.
Here in Brazil, Krypton has never been shown on TV.
The drama follows Superman’s grandfather, Seg-El, as he struggles to regain honor and redeem Casa El from ostracism and thus save his planet from chaos as well. In the cast of the series we have Cameron Cuffe like Seg-El. The actress Georgina Campbell it will be Lyta Zod, daughter of General Alura Zod. The two will have a forbidden and secret relationship. Executive production is in charge of David S. Goyer it’s from Ian Goldberg.
In the cast we still have Ian McElhinney like Seg-El’s grandfather, Rasmus Hardiker, Elliot Cowen and Wallis Day. The actress Paula Malcomson (Ray Donovan) will appear in the series as Charys, the Matriarch of Casa El.
