The works are published in a partnership between Netflix and Random House, one of the main publishers in the North American publishing market, the third book of this franchise will be released soon.
This is Stranger Things: Runaway Max, the work of Brenna Yovanoff that will tell the troubled past of the character Max, presented in the second season as a new member of the main child cast.
It is known that Max, before reaching Hawkins, had a disturbing and traumatic childhood, including abuse by his older brother. More details of his story will be revealed in the book. Check the cover of the work:
The book is scheduled for release on June 4 in the United States. In Brazil, Netflix signs with Editora Intrinsic, but none of the books already published internationally have arrived in Brazil so far.
Meanwhile, the series is gearing up for the release of its third season on July 4th, a month after the book’s release. Set in the summer of 1985, the child cast will face, in the new episodes, a new adventure amid the festivities of the Fourth of July, a date that marks the independence of the United States.
