After it was announced that the singer and actress Janelle Monáe would be part of the second year of Homecoming, we now have more news about the new episodes.
According to Deadline, the actors Stephan James and Hong Chau are back for the series and will reprise their roles for the second season. So the army veteran Walter Cruz, and the businesswoman Audrey Temple they must show up in the new episodes to, who knows, answer the questions left open at the end of the first season.
Kyle Patrick Alvarez will be responsible for directing the second season.
New details for the new year were not released.
In the plot of the first season we know Heidi (Roberts) who works at the Homecoming Transition Support Center as a social worker and helps soldiers get back to their daily lives and routine after they are released from their missions.
Years later, we accompanied her into her new life, where Heidi lives with her mother and works as a waitress. When a US Department of Defense official begins investigating why she left the medical center, Heidi realizes that there is more to the story than she really remembers and knows.
