Stargirl will be shown in the USA on The CW and DC Universe!

News for the series Stargirl were announced today (21). According to information from the websites TVLine and Collider, the series will be shown in the USA in two formats: on American open TV on the channel The CW and the DC streaming platform, the DC Universe.

According to information, the series, which is scheduled to arrive in 2020, will air on the channel 1 day after its debut on the streaming service. There in the USA, the series will also be shown on the CW platform.

Still according to sources, the character played by Brec Bassinger it will be “briefly introduced during the event [Crisis on Infinite Earths], fitting it into the immense DC live-action universe“.

Stargirl will have 13 episodes for its first year and we will follow the trajectory of Courtney Whitmore a teenager who will join a group of young superheroes, the Justice Society of America, where together they will prevent villains from the past.

The character first appeared in the comics in July 1999 in issue # 1 of Stars and STRIPE
