Shows for those who won't go to Rock in Rio 2019

If you, like me, will not be able to go to Rock in Rio 2019, the solution may be the shows by the country of the main bands that integrate the line up of the festival.

The biggest attractions of the rock festival the bands Muse and Iron Maiden in addition to the sold-out festival, solo performances will be held throughout Brazil.

Iron Maiden

Iron Maiden performs on October 6 at the Morumbi’s stadium in Sao Paulo. October 9 lands in Porto Alegre at Grêmio Arena with the world tour “Legacy of the Beast Tour”Which started in 2018 and will end in Porto Alegre. At the show, fans of the band can expect the biggest production of all!

We will take our fans to different worlds and experiences in each song, it’s not easy to create different worlds on stage and we’ve put a giant amount of work into making it work. The result will be the most spectacular and certainly the most complex show we have done.

Stated Bruce Dickinson vocalist of the band in declaration.

Muse

The Muse comes to RIR for the second time and will now end the festival on October 6th, a great responsibility and a confirmation of how the band has already consolidated itself as a reference in Alternative Rock in a career with more than 25 years on the road.

After the performance at the festival the band goes to Sao Paulo on October 9th to perform at the Allianz Park.

The group is currently promoting the tour “Simulation Theory“, Same title of the album released on November 9, 2018. After the last three works of the band The Resistance, The 2nd Law and Drones who had more ‘obscure’ themes, in their new work the band turns to the 80s with retro aesthetics and science fiction references.

Always known for his innovative and alternative concepts in music, Muse always works with a political bias and the new album could not be different. Especially in times as complicated as we face today. An example of this is the seventh track of the new album “Thought Contagion”Written at the end of 2017 by the band’s vocalist Matt Bellamy which alludes to the music author’s concerns about the power that disinformation or people with ideological bias has over the audience.

Another song with political appeal is “Dig Down“Tenth track made as a reaction of Bellamy to the political climate after the referendum in London about the Brexit and the election of Donald Trump in 2016, in order to provide “inspiration, optimism and hope for people who fight for causes they believe in”. What can fit for any Brazilian at the present time.

Tickets will also be sold in advance to fan club members on the band’s website, https://www.muse.mu/news/so-paulo-321436
