 REVIEW!  Sony and Disney sign Spider-Man deal

Disney, Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures closed a deal on Spider-Man and the character of Tom Holland is back at the MCU under the tutelage of Kevin Feige. After another round of conversations, Disney closed an agreement where it will keep 25% of profits and direct merchandising.

With that Peter Parker returns to the MCU, should appear in other productions, but Spider-Man 3 is already expected to debut in 2021. Rumors are still indicating a participation of Fantastic Four already aiming for a release date for the family feature for 2022.

[ATUALIZAÇÃO] According to Deadline, the agreement still provides for greater sharing between the universes, and the MCU can be cited in Venom 2 and even Sinister Sextet, films already in pre-production.

Tom Holland used his Instagram to celebrate his continuation at the MCU and released a video of the wolf of Wall Street.
