At the end of last year we had the news that the author Suzanne Collins worked on the prequel book of the franchise Hunger Games!
With the title The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes little was known about the plot. What was released was that we would see a story that would take place 64 years before the first Hunger Games book.
And today (21) the publisher Scholastic released news about this next book in the franchise. In an article for EW magazine, we had the first information about the plot of the book, which already had its rights purchased by Lionsgate and should become a film in the future.
In the original films President Snow was played by Donald Sutherland.
American producer already negotiating to adapt new book of the Hunger Games franchise for theaters!
Ew magazine released an excerpt from the book, where we see Snow younger, as the new protagonist, a teenager born with privileges, but who wants something more. Here, Snow is friendly, charming, and at that time a hero who works in the organization of the Games to earn credits to enter college, even coming from a wealthy family.
THE Lionsgate already negotiating the production of the feature film based on the new book. THE Paris Movies, which distributed the franchise here in Brazil, has already commented on the internet about the arrival of the new book at the time of its announcement.
