Noah Hawley guarantees that Lucy In The Sky, with Natalie Portman, will be released for this year's awards season!

After rumors about problems in the post-production of the film, the director Noah Hawley stated that Lucy Ih The Sky is being finalized, and that the studio plans to launch the feature still in 2019 for the awards season.

In an interview with IndiWare, Hawley stated that the studio still plans how the film will be released, but that he still works in post-production. When asked about the problems behind the scenes, he said the film had a remake to change the ending, but that fans need not worry.

Maybe for the Venice Festival, it will be very busy, but maybe Lucy In The Sky will not arrive in Telluride or Toronto. And for us here in Brazil, who knows for the Festival do Rio?

In Lucy In The Sky, Natalie Portman Lucy Cola plays a NASA astronaut who, after returning from a mission in space, gradually begins to lose touch with reality.

Her psychological state becomes even more aggravating as she deals with the growing paranoia and violent behavior in this complex and thought-provoking character study with a touch of black humor.

In the cast we still have Zazie Beetz, Jon Hamm, Dan Stevens, Jeremiah Birkett, Ellen Burstyn.

The script was in the hands of Brian C. Brown.

Lucy in the Sky and continues without a premiere date.
