Mortal Kombat 11 Spawn trailer revealed in the game's World League final

On the night of last Sunday (8), the Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment and the NetherRealm Studios revealed the gameplay trailer for Spawn at the Final Kombat 2020 World Mortal Kombat League 11 in Chicago, Illinois (USA). The character will be available in advance at Kombat Pack from March 17th, and will have an official launch on the 24th.

The video shows Spawn’s iconic look, including the cover, chains and battle ax, and features two unreleased songs from the heavy metal band, Trivium, entitled “IX” and “Scattering the Ashes“. The character is voiced by the actor Keith David, original voice of “Todd McFarlane’s Spawn”- animated series from HBO, awarded by the Emmy.

Spawn was previously Al Simmons, the greatest soldier in the U.S. government and the most lethal killer, before being executed without mercy by his own companions. Resurrected from the ashes of his own grave, in an imperfect agreement with the powers of darkness, Simmons is reborn as a creature from the depths, the “Soldier from Hell”. In the world of Mortal Kombat 11, he will fight for supremacy against all Kombatants.
