The fourth season of Lucifer arrived today, May 8, in the Netflix world catalog and the new episodes can now be watched on the streaming platform, but they did not come alone: a fun video starring Tom Ellis, who plays the title character of series, was released on the same date.
In the video, Ellis makes “the bread that the devil kneaded”, in play with the popular Brazilian saying, exclusively for the country’s public.
Check out the subtitled video:
In the video description, the recipe is shared:
“Lucifer’s fourth season is now available, but instead of popcorn to accompany his marathon, Tom Ellis suggests the bread that the devil kneaded. The recipe is down here:
1/2 kg of wheat flour
10 g of yeast for bread
15 g of salt
20 g of sugar
1 tablespoon of margarine
Preparation: Dilute the yeast in a glass of warm water with the sugar. Mix the other ingredients. Knead and lift, pushing the dough forward with the palm of your hand and folding it, just like Tom Ellis does in the video. Add more water and more flour as needed. Continue the process until the dough looks light and spongy.
Attention: the dough should not stick to your hands. Let stand for two hours. Then, knead again and prepare the bread, molding it into the desired shape, and place on a greased baking sheet. Let it sit for another hour. Heat the oven and brush the bread with water before placing it in the oven. Bake for about 40 minutes and have a good marathon! “
