Actor Logan Lerman gained great recognition after starring in the two films in the Percy Jackson saga as the title character. Although the features were criticized a lot, the star was always very dear to the fans, who confess that his performance was what made the adaptation more interesting.
Lerman recognizes the poor quality of the films and the fans’ desire for a reboot, and the news that Disney + will be adapting the books written by Rick Riordan in a series was cause for celebration for the star on his social networks, where he celebrated the victory Percy Jackson fans.
Now, in a recent interview with ET, Logan said he was interested in appearing on the series. He is no longer old enough to be Percy Jackson, but his special participation in the series production would certainly be very welcome among fans of the saga. Many ask him to be Poseidon, the God of the Sea.
He said, “I’m curious to see if there would be an interesting role for me or something … I’m definitely considering it.” In the interview, Logan also emphasized that he was proud of his work on the first film and that he was very impressed by the love of Percy Jackson fans for the franchise.
There is still no premiere date for the new series.
