J.K. Rowling returned to twitter on the afternoon of the 5th with a post about Harry Potter and the Cursed Child!
The play on display in London underwent a change in its look winning the title Harry Potter with the fonts used in the franchise films.
Rumors that Warner Bros purchased the rights to the piece to adapt the project in some format (TV series, film, etc.). The information that was circulating in the afternoon today pointed to a feature.
A youtuber Grace Randolph quotes that the studio wants to make a film.
But Pottermore’s own profile said it was not a film …
The story Harry Potter and the Cursed Child 19 years after the last book (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows) and shows Harry Potter, now an employee of the Ministry of Magic and his son, Albus Severus Potter.
Check out the synopsis of the book released in 2016.
It has always been difficult to be Harry Potter and it is not easier now that he is an overworked Ministry of Magic employee, husband and father of three school children.
While Harry deals with a past that refuses to be left behind, his youngest son, Albus, must struggle with the weight of a family legacy he never wanted. As the past and the present fuse together threateningly, both father and son learn an uncomfortable truth: sometimes darkness comes from unexpected places.
Thus, our guesses are that the play may go to locations other than London or New York, or that the production records, edits and adapts the play on a telefilm that will be launched on WarnerMedia’s streaming service, HBOMax.
