Actress Hailee Steinfeld gained great recognition by participating in the franchise The Perfect Choice, but fell to the attention of geeks when lending her voice to Spider-Gwen in the animation Spider-Man in Spider-Man (2018), and now it is suspected that the diva will bring the character also for live-actions.
It has been announced that a Spider-Man spin-off focused on the character is in development and reports suggest that Steinfeld reprise his role as Spider-Gwen, but nothing seems to have been confirmed so far and the actress herself says she has no idea about the subject matter.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the diva says:
“I don’t know about these things. It’s funny, because I think it’s time to find out. Obviously, everything was kind of on hold. So, I haven’t heard a lot lately.”

However, Steinfeld also expresses enthusiasm to see more of Spider-Gwen in theaters: “She is capable of the world … these stories are almost endless.”
The rumors, however, are already there: Lauren Montgomery (Batman: Year One) should direct the film, with Bek Smith (Captain Marvel) writing the script. Just rumors, worth noting.
