First photos of the new version of Little Women released, directed by Greta Gerwig!

THE Sony Pictures released today (19) the first images of Little Women, new movie from Greta Gerwig, based on the success book!

In the plot, we accompany the March family while the father goes to war, the mother works to support the house and so the four sisters who are very different from each other need to cooperate with each other.

According to the synopsis of the book, translated as Little girls in Brazil, Meg is the older sister, Jo, is an impulsive teenager, Beth is shy and introverted and Amy, the youngest and the book accompanies the girls as they “They play plays, found secret societies, prepare Christmas celebrations, take the first steps in adult society and learn the value of true friendship.”

In the new version, we have the actress Emma Watson as Meg, Florence Pugh is Amy, Saoirse Ronan is Jo, and Eliza Scanlen is Beth.

The actors complete the cast Meryl Streep like Aunt Josephine, Laura Dern like Marmee, Bob Odenkirk like the husband and Timothee Chalamet like Laurie.

Little Women arrives in American theaters in December. Here in Brazil, the Brazilian subsidiary marked the feature for February 2020.
