The Mandalorian has drawn attention on social media for the success of Baby Yoda, a cute character that has become a big meme on the internet, but not only cute scenes make a series from the Star Wars universe, and fans seem to be enjoying it.
While films like Rogue One (2016) and Solo (2018) shared the opinion of Star Wars fans in their attempts to expand the universe of George Lucas in theaters, Disney + seems to be doing better in producing series that have the same objective.
The Mandalorian premiered alongside the Casa dos Ratos streaming platform and had its last episode aired this week, on December 27, which achieved an astonishing 100% approval on Rotten Tomatoes, the main aggregator of reviews made by both experts and regular viewers. .
With all this success and approval, what was expected becomes even more obvious when Jon Favreau, creator of the series, announced this week that he is already working on a second season, which is expected to launch in the last months of 2020 – even period in which Disney + services will be officially launched here in Brazil.
In the meantime, we will have to wait to know the future of the Mandalorian and the cutest child on the internet.
