 DuckTales | 2 × 18 - Happy Birthday, Doofus Drake!

AND DuckTales makes references to several games and Japanese culture, but the most interesting thing was to put Dora Cintilante and Luisinho, because the laziest of the brothers, who wants to get rich at any cost, ends up approaching her to have the easy money.

SPOILER ALERT: This article contains information about the main events of the episode. Continue reading at your own risk.

Scrooge alerts Luisinho, but lets his nephew go on his adventures alongside Dora, who is delighted with the boy’s insight, and the two unite to get the largest amount of money from Asnésio.

The spoiled boy’s party, which treats parents like stewards, while idolizing their grandmother, ends up being a game to see who he can take to replace this grandmother. I laughed with Pão-Duro MacMônei taking a ventriloquism doll as a nephew, and being expelled, but it is Mark Bicos’ intelligent robot who gives work to Luisinho and Dora.

When he manages to eliminate the competitors, Luisinho even thinks about running away with the money and leaving Dora with Asnésio in his glass bell jar, but he comes back to help her. In addition to saving Asnésio’s parents from their neuras, Luisinho gets a place in Dora’s heart, but the money always comes first.

And talking about leaving the comfort zone, Della and Huguinho go on an adventure in a video game, but he only stays in his neutral zone, where he reaps points and never evolves, and just looks after the vegetable garden. Della wants adventure, wants to explore the game, and Huguinho only leaves his comfort zone when he sees her having fun with Captain Bóing’s online character.

Upon leaving his comfort zone, a monster destroys his garden and his home, and Della ends up being captured. The reference of the evolution of Huguinho’s character with Dragon Ball Z it was sensational! Della has her screen popped and comments “he has more than 9 thousand” in reference to Vegeta and the evolution of Huguinho’s character is a clear reference to Goku becoming Super Saiyan.

DuckTales shows that friendship is very important and leaving the comfort zone too, as it can leave you accommodated and not enjoy the best of life, at the same time that exaggerations can cause problems. The animation is awesome!
