The whole part of the character’s trip to Patópolis to meet Uncle Scrooge was very nice, as it showed D’jinn’s urgency and determination, for the family item, but the best thing was to see him being deceived by the family, because Luizinho sold the object …
Separated into two groups, Tio Scrooge went with Patrícia on a distraction mission, so D’jinn didn’t find out what happened, and on that mission even Selina and her temple were involved. And when he discovered the truth, he saw that his lamp might fall into the hands of the Metralha Family.
Huguinho, Zezinho and Luizinho walked around the city behind the lamp until they discovered their real whereabouts. Even Leopoldo’s ghost was invoked to go after the object.
In the end, the item that was supposed to be magic was just an old lamp, but there lived an ancestor of D’jinn, who was freed from the destiny of being a genius by the woman who found his lamp and they fell in love.
DuckTales ran away from his plot of the season, but delivered an extremely fun episode that showed the personality of each of the characters. I loved Patricia being necessary in Scrooge’s plans because of her intelligence.
