With a first season of 7 episodes, Most beautiful thing will tell the story of the character Maria Luiza (Maria Casadevall), a conservative and obedient woman who has always depended on the men around her, especially on her father and husband, Pedro.
When her husband disappears, Maria Luiza leaves Rio de Janeiro for São Paulo, where he had planned to open an elegant restaurant. Contrary to her common sense – and to the suffering of her strict father – Maria Luiza decides to stay in Rio and dedicate herself to transforming Pedro’s property into a Bossa Nova nightclub.
It is this decision that marks the awakening of a passionate transformation in Maria Luiza, a change influenced by new liberal and feminist friends, Adélia (Pathy Dejesus), Lígia (Fernanda Vasconcellos) and Thereza, (Mel Lisboa).
