 Batwoman | 1 × 16 - Through the Looking Glass

Batwoman ends up making a warmer episode to deal with Kate’s traumas, but ends up doing very well in showing how Alice was relieved by the death of Cartwright, the man who ruined all of their lives, only that she wants even more, since Mouse is in Arkham now …

SPOILER ALERT: This article contains information about the main events of the episode. Continue reading at your own risk.

Kate is destabilized by the fact that she killed a man and Jacob consoles her, having had the first contact of father and daughter for a long time, even though Alice threatens them to tell the truth, especially knowing where they bury August’s body.

The drama over them ends up being this, and the fact that Alice wants their help to rescue Mouse in Arkham, even more that he may be suffering again at the hands of Dr. Buckler, who I hoped had some connection with the Scarecrow, on account of the use of fear gas …

We quickly have Alice promising that she won’t kill anyone if Kate helps her, but what we have is Kate and Jacob arresting her in Arkham. I hoped she would be able to escape, even without Mouse, but that was the master stroke, putting her in the asylum to open another plot …

Lucius Fox’s death has to do with corruption and more, and we have someone from Crow involved in it, so much so that if it weren’t for Julia, Alfred’s daughter, Sophie would have died murdered. In the meantime Jacob is also ambushed, but drops the sniper.

Except that before we have the release of Reggie, accused of killing Lucius in the store, only that the boy makes it clear that he did nothing, that he passed out and woke up with his father’s blood. Luke is confused, but the man is shot before he can find out more.

So we have someone cleaning up the mess that was left behind, killing the store owner, the accused and trying to kill the top people in Crow who could cause problems.

This drama of Lucius’s killer will take over Batwoman, while Kate will need to talk and deal with the fact that she killed a man. A pretty cool drama, but I hope they will do well…
