Batwoman presents another character from the universe of comics, the daughter of Alfred Pennyworth: Julia. In the series she appears in Gotham to understand what is happening with the appearance of Batwoman and ends up connecting the dots, since she trained a Kate period.
SPOILER ALERT: This article contains information about the main events of the episode. Continue reading at your own risk.
I laughed a lot with Kate going to introduce Julia to Luke and the two already met and knew about their “work”.
In the end, Julia’s presence served more to be used as a new Batwoman so Kate could hide her secret identity from Sophie. With moments alternating between the present and the past of Kate and Sophie, the series showed why she didn’t trust her ex, the way she chose her career and not her beloved, and it all still counts for Kate, even if Sophie is rocked .
The problem is that Alice is looking for a weapon to destroy Batwoman and Mouse is on her feet. With that, your only way out is to lie to the boy and do something to save his sister, showing a more pleasant mentality to the villain, even if his attitudes continue to cause harm to everyone.
I want to see the tea she plans for Catherine, especially with Mouse posing as Jacob and taking crucial information, such as those involved in the development of such a weapon.
Catherine believes she can save her marriage, only that Jacob really wants a divorce and has already signed the documents. Mary running to keep up with her sister and save what’s left of her contact with the family is really cool, because with each step the character just grows, coming out of futility and showing other nuances.
I liked the idea of an LGBT bar right in front of the restaurant where Kate and Sophie were approached and asked to leave, moreover, it brings more movement to the plot, even if this bar story is beaten, seen the aliens’ bar in Supergirl.
Batwoman will have another family confrontation before the episode with Crisis in the Infinite Lands and I already want to see how it will affect the series.
